Come on our journey with us as we take on nature one day at a time. Sharing our thrifty sense and thrifty finds. Meanwhile, experiencing new adventures, being faced with risks and challenges that may come our way, in which we’ll have no choice but to conquer. Providing insight as well as advice all at the same time.
“The only impossible journey in life is the one you never begin.”
Thrifty Campers signifies our journey, discoveries, and experiences as well as crafting a lifestyle at large; an adventure that’s worthwhile.

What a glorious blog! Best of luck with your adventures, and your blogging. Thanks for finding me at roughwighting. I look forward to following you. One suggestion (I have to, I’m an editor as well as a writer) – It should be “Nature knows no such barriers.” (No apostrophe needed…) 🙂

Just a suggestion: any time you find someone like “Karva Chauth” responding to your comments, he’s probably a spammer. The commentary is generic, slightly not quite right, and if you haven’t figured out how to block spammers or prescreen responders, it might be a good time to learn how.
Beyond that, I love the courage you show here, heading off armed with only a tent and enthusiasm. When I was younger, I called it torture-on-an-airmattress, but then Im not really a camper at heart. Good luck with it, and have fun.

Thank you for the advice. I have been reading up on how to do so. Although, I noticed a few comments from bloggers had gone into the spam folder which I have no idea how that happened…I’ll figure it out though.
Haha “torture-on-an-airmattress” good way of putting it, what a visual. Thanks you, we’ve now got more gear and have updated a few items at this pointe, thank goodness or else I don’t know how we would of handled some of the situations we’ve gotten into.

Being thrifty is not quite the same as being “frugal.” Frugality implies a miserliness, whereas thrift is like thrift stores — a recycling mentality, a refreshing mindset.
